In addition, a wind advisory is in effect from 4 a.m. to noon Saturday in advance of the warm front that is bringing moderate to heavy rain.</p> <p>The forecast calls for 2 to 6 inches of rain in the Central Valley, and higher amounts moving into the hills and mountains.
