HOLIDAY HELPING: 3 Ways to Support Food Drive

The Mail Services Holiday Food Drive is back for a 19th year, and there are numerous ways to contribute before the Nov. 22 deadline.

The first is the simplest: Leave nonperishable food items with your outgoing campus mail and Mail Services will take care of the rest, ensuring the gift gets to the AS��ϲ��Ͽ�D Pantry. ��ϲ��Ͽ� Davis Health employees can also take part, with donations going to the Pantry at ��ϲ��Ͽ� Davis Health.

Run to your kitchen cabinet, grab some food and put it in the campus mail by the end of this week! Or run in the 5K Running of the Turkeys to help raise money for the Yolo Food Bank! (You can walk the 5K route, if you prefer.)

And we haven’t forgotten about pets this holiday season. Students and other volunteers from the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital are once again seeking monetary donations for the Mercer Clinic Holiday Pet Baskets Program, providing food, treats and other supplies to pets belonging to homeless people.
