In connection with National Coming Out Day this Sunday (Oct. 11), the Chancellor’s Committee on LGBTQIA+ Communities, the �������ϲ����Ͽ� Davis Health Vice Chancellor’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Council and the �������ϲ����Ͽ� Davis Health Pride Employee Resource Group are encouraging employees to indicate their gender identity and sexual orientation in their personal information in �������ϲ����Ͽ�Path.

Providing this information is voluntary. However, with this demographic data the university can ensure it is implementing appropriate diversity and inclusion programs as �������ϲ����Ͽ� strives to create an inclusive environment for all. The data is compiled on a confidential basis (aggregate numbers with no names).
