Football Has Chance at Conference Title Saturday

The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ¿â Davis football team has a chance to bring home the Big Sky Conference championship Saturday (Nov. 16) when it faces off against Montana State at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ¿â Davis Health Stadium.

The winner of the game will also earn the Big Sky Conference's automatic qualification to the NCAA FCA Playoffs. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ¿â Davis is ranked No. 4, while Montana State is ranked No. 2.

Kickoff is set for 5 p.m., and the game will also host its own version of the Picnic Day favorite Doxie Derby during the first half.

The Aggies have a perfect 6-0 record in Big Sky Conference play, including  that was nationally televised on ESPN. That performance was enough to earn °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ¿â Davis the title of .

Individual members of the team have earned accolades, too: Quarterback Miles Hastings is an All-American candidate, while Lan Larison leads all running backs in the nation in both receiving touchdowns and yards.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN+, Scripps, KQCA My58 and  KHTK 1140 AM.
